Aura Component of Shakuhachi
Dr. Sekino has been researching on
aura component of Shakuhachi for over 20 years. There are several
valuable findings on the aura component theory which he has presented in International
Conference of Aura Component held at Oracle California (not confused with neither
biospheric nor silicon valley data base sites), 1996 summer and published in
the International Journal of Auralogy (Vol. minus 3, 1997). Basic notion
of the aura component is represented by a superposition of aura creation and
aura annihilation operators. Important applications on Shakuhachi overtone can
be achieved by Otsu- Ro fingering revealing an aura frequency of 3.2 mega Hz,
whereas Kann-ro manifests an frequency of 7.2 nano Hz. This impressive observation
was overshadowed when he found a stunning phenomenon called chaotic
aura where the aura components are distributed in chaotic phase
emerging catastrophically. The chaotic aura is observed in Muraiki
blowing where the aura components seem to distribute in an arbitrary manner where
master playing is not distinguishable from beginner playing. The finding of
this singular phase together with tamane aura phase is assessed as the
most significant contribution to the Aura Society. However, the most exciting
breakthrough comes from his discovery of Aura Golden Equation (AGE) which
correlates the distribution spectrum to the price of Shakuhachi within an error
of 7.3%. For example the price of the Shakuhachi (Kinnko tradition) made about
50 years ago is about three times larger than one made by a contemporary maker,
while the former sizes 1.8 and the latter is 2.7 (in shaku unit). This seemingly contradicting observation in violation
of monotonical correlation between price and length is explained clearly when
the AGE is applied in the out coming aura spectrum for those
Shakuhachi's. The results are now being summarized and prepared for
publication in the special issue of Theoret. Aura Acta. He is currently
working hard on an auxiliary function in order to increment the precision of
the AGE to apply for up to 3.2 shaku
cases.
